Great clean strip mall with major Anchor stores such as Publix, Beall's and Indian River Antique Mall. Conveniently located in Melbourne FL. on the corner Hibiscus and Babcock St.

Plenty of parking and stores of all kinds to choose from. Restaurants and theaters are located nearby, too. Homeless people are always around looking for handouts or opportunities. No security whatsoever. Always practice spatial awareness for your own safety.

It's a great place for your shopping, clean and with know names of stores, like Dicks Sporting Goods, Macy's, Dillards's, JC Penney. Has a a food court with options s for all tastes. Plenty of parking available.

Great clean Shopping Center w ith ample parking and easy walk from store to store. We visit Indian River Antique Mall to the right of Publix. It's a 20,000 square feet store filled with Vintage, furniture, antique, decor, art, vinyl records, shabby chic, mid-century modern, and other unique treasures...

It was a great shopping center very clean lots of shops. Everybody was totally cool no homeless walking around nobody begging for my food or money. Very happy.

The Melbourne Mall offers a fantastic shopping experience! I recently stopped by Lids and was thoroughly impressed. I got a custom hat made for my hubby, and they had a really great selection of new hats, perfect for football season which just started up. I would definitely recommend this Lids location. The guy working there is pretty awesome and was super helpful, offering good ideas on how to get the hat customized. It made the whole process easy and fun!
